Exam Proctor Service

Proctoring is available at the Burbank Central Library Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. by appointment only.

• The fee is $35.00 per exam and payment (cash or check only payable to the City of Burbank) is made at the time of the test.


• Online computer testing and written examinations are administered in a quite setting at the Central Library in the small conference room in Administration.


• Typically, the proctoring process includes:
  
  
  
  • Student initiates proctor request with their school/testing center.
  
  
  • Student provides their school/testing center information on the proctor as requested.
  
  
  • If necessary, we complete and sign proctor agreement form required from your school/testing center.
  
  
  • After your school/testing center grants us approval for proctoring, they send us the written exam materials or password for online tests.
  
  
  • Then student makes an appointment with us for proctoring.
