Adopt-a-Book

The Friends of the Burbank Public Library Adopt-A-Book Program provides a year-round opportunity to give a gift that can be opened again and again.
Graduations, gifts in memorium, birthdays, teacher recognition, or a new baby, are just a few of the reasons to adopt. You may adopt a book, a DVD, a CD, or an audio book.
Stop by any Burbank Public Library or print out the Adopt-A-Book Form (below) and mail it in with your check. You will receive a receipt and thank-you letter showing the commemorative bookplate that will be placed in your adopted book before it becomes part of the library collection.
